The growth could have been a couple of % higher if the subsidies were not slashed to zero in Germany at the end of last year. In the US the ramp up of the updated Tesla model 3 might have cost a few % points as well. I think overall there is a big number of new strong BEV models this year, which should help to increase the growth rate again. I think 25 - 30 % year on year growth rate for the full year is still possible. I think China will continue to surpise. Higher oil prices should also help. But high interest rates and general inflation throttle EV sales. But I think high oil prices are still a net possitive for EV sales.
