the first paragraph says “halted construction”. That’s what had my alarm bells ringing. One would think that there will be an announcement tomorrow if this is true. In any case, any court case could be lengthy and costly. Just look at what happened to LAC’s Thacker pass over the last couple of years. I hope there’s some more clarity tomorrow.
I get the feeling there are fewer obligations on a company to report price sensitive news in the US than there would be on the ASX. So who knows whether we will hear anything.
