When you look at buying this stock - look at the long term not the short. At the moment IFN looks like a semi-decent company but once they get their funding sorted (which I understand is in the process of happening) this stock will fly. But if you are expecting this to fly anytime soon then you will be sorely disappointed.
Long term you can expect the price to multiply and I'm pretty sure that shareholders will also get their slice in terms of dividends. Long term as government sentiment changes and support for coal is leveled out this stock will definitely rise as wind power becomes a more sought after source of energy. But it will take time. If you are patient and willing to wait I think you will be well rewarded (my humble opinion only but something I am also willing to put money on).
In time to come I will be laughing my way to the bank but I am not expecting to do so right away
