Americans can’t afford a new EV even after Tesla slash its car prices, but that action made used EVs including Tesla increasingly more affordable than used ICE vehicles.
There is no new battery or additional lithium consumed if they resort to buying used EVs. There are plenty of used EVs gathering dust that people can now turn to.
