Yes, its way too early. Reviewing history of other commodities and how long it takes is helpful here. Uranium stayed really low for a number of years as an example. In this space it is months before one should take a look if ever. I won't be playing here given China's control and domination. Other commodities will crawl out of the abyss more readily.
