Speculators & investors alike ought to be savvy enough to know when to call it quits, the mistake they often make is believing that when something positive ahead has yet to happen, it must mean that there's more upside ahead, not realising that what had spurred stock prices going ballistic in the first place is lofty expectations of strong growth and all positives that have already been imputed. But it is often difficult to truly determine to what degree positives/negatives have already been imputed in the stock price- except that often what is already known and to be expected outcome is usually not going to move the stock on a sustainable basis other than a knee jerk reaction created by overzealous market participants (making the wrong move).
