..this must be the same Siva in LTR forum (who has gone quiet lately) responding based on all the 'expert talk' there.
..I don't have to be an expert to tell you what and where sodium-ion batteries can go,,,but if BYD could invest US$1.4B in a sodium-ion battery plant, that's enough to tell me there's a reasonably strong place for it in the EV battery space.
..but the forums will probably tell you BYD is stupid. They're smarter to know better, lol.
..sodium-ion battery has no place because we are too heavily invested in lithium. That's it.
