    At market close today, average #lithium carbonate futures prices fell by 1.64% surpassing average LC spot prices by CNY 2,761 resulting in a decreased contango. The main futures contract price was < the Li2CO3 & SMM Li2CO3 spot prices, leading to a stronger backwardation.
