    ..No, they would continue because they hope price would recover by the time they start producing. So they are not going to stop the supply train in the coming years.

    ..as I said, the slowing EV growth helped reduce demand for lithium at the time when supply is not high, allowing the supply side to catch up over the next 1-2 years when EV growth could start accelerating again, solving the previous lithium imbalance and providing a boost to Chinese EV capacity to produce and sell cheaper EVs into the global market.
