Sodium-ion batteries might offer higher power density than Lead-acid, Ni-Cd, Ni-MH and some other rechargeable chemistries but despite what Natron might claim they do not have a higher power density than any Lithium chemistry at this point in time and are very unlikely to in the near future. I won't comment on any of the other claims except to say talk is cheap, produce the product.
