LTR-TRADING HALT
'Funding arrangement' means or implies that the lenders may not have agreed to the terms of the previously agreed term sheet, and that its drawdown has probably reached an impasse. If the lenders had agreed without change, there would be no need for trading halt, they would just announce the good news.
The two day trading halt is probably the time LTR needs to pitch a new discounted CR issue to instos and the price of the issue. It could either be a total CR of $550mil or a mix of equity and loans.
....I tried to warn LTR holders since early April and now they're all as quiet as a mouse.
