Global EV registrations rose 23% in May 2024, compared to May 2023!
EV market share of passenger autos rose from 16% in May 2023 to 20% in May 2024.
Strong growth. BEVs: ~874,000 (up 17%) & 13% market share PHEVs: ~450,000 (up 37%) & 7% market share

...and so why is lithium price dropping?
...the chicken or the egg? Is higher EV demand spurring higher lithium price? Which is not the case. Or it is lower lithium price spurring higher EV demand? I think so.
