i dont think the problem is reading from the wrong book bout rather a lack of reading. The link I posted from INR page outlines scientific data that shows INR have in facts successfully grown the plant in current and slightly different soil types.

The previous post that Pollywoffles put up stated that court documents from FWS said that there was no evidence the plant was endangered due to Ioneer or that Ioneer posed any immediate threat.

As I also stated previously with the above written facts in consideration along with the likelyhood of a conclusion of a conservation plan in coming weeks. It could be that FWS 12 month finding due 31 may might conclude that the endangered status review might be unwarranted.

As Bernard also stated even if this isnt the case. A listing does not preclude (Prevent) the mine site still going ahead. Idk why people are still talking about it. The above clearly clears up any doubt and its full steam ahead...
