    COB and JRV are two very different plays and risk profiles, and are not comparable in many ways. I have placed my bet based on wider portfolio risk but I also see significant SP growth potential with COB if: a) there is a continuing supply/demand imbalance of the underlying resource (I believe this will continue), and b) the company is able to secure project financing (I am less sure that this will happen).
