Western legacy automakers still think they are going to making ICE vehicles in 2030,they really do need to catch up or fold. Mr. Toyoda thinks by 2030 he'll only be making 15% EVs by 2030, where he's going to sell ICE vehicles the EU wont be selling cars with tailpipes beyond 2030.
Isn't SAIC-GM-Wuling Mini EV really a four wheel bike. Did you see there was a vehicle that was designed solely for ride share. That throws the concept of ownership into doubt.
