I think u completely underestimate the massive progress being made in India and China on Climate change initiatives.For decades they saw western economies like the US gobble up enormous amounts of fuels to charge their growth while they recovered from colonialism. On a per person basis it was obscene. India has already said it is decreasing reliance on thermal coal and Chiná green energy alternatives r already charging cities and a live innovative industry. Health and land and water problems fuel this. Globally we were reaching our targets and we did as well until the liberals took over Gvt and in the US trump.
