What they should do is build and operate the processing plants themselves. Looking forward to Amanda's report next week for the update on the Texas operation. They should have the land bought by now. The texas Comptroller has approved and recommended the tax abatement for Lynas back in November. If they're gonna be producing by 2025 things need to start speeding up.
