At this point it is hard to tell if this will be a major new motor type. Even if it is it will take years to make any inroads in the hybrid or EV market. During those years problems may be found. Every new technology gets lots of positive press that does not mean that as they go through the development phases there will not be lots of problems. Or maybe somthing even better might replace it before it gets off the ground. Though I will defend this against comment that do not apply it will not chanage my investment ideas for the next few years.
