I VERY clearly stated 'BEV powers ahead'. Personally I do not care much about PHEV - as mentioned, I believe it's for the car industry what a nicotine patch is for a smoker. Subsidies for PHEV were completely removed in the UK, while you still get subsidies for BEV.
BEV is the goal, and if you say PHEV will help bringing us below emission targets - true, but it's still just a patch, and I 10000% believe emission targets will change, sooner than you think.
