Aug. numbers are trickling in..

Australia:'In contrast, sales of all-electric and PHEV private passenger vehicles in August 2019 quadrupled from sales same time last year (keeping in mind these figures do not include Tesla), and are up 56% from 2018 year to date.' [1]

Netherlands: 'There were only 31,430 fossil vehicles sold, compared to 39,430 last year. That is a drop of 20%.The fully electric vehicle (BEV) market is far healthier, with a whopping ~2,800 sales in August 2019, compared to 1,579 a year earlier. That is an increase of >75%.' [2]

Sweden: In addition to the 71% Aug increase (213% up Jan-Aug YoY) and 4.7% market share for BEV [3], larger vehicles are getting sales 'One of the greatest electric bus orders in Europe for 160 vehicles that will enter service in the Gothenburg area (Gothenburg, Mölndal and Partille) in Sweden is in the final stages.' [4] (note: these southern towns are test cities, most cities south of Uppsala will join in soon)

Norway: 'BEVs: 4,713 (up 13.4%, at 39.0% market share)' (note: plus 10% market share for PHEV, total of 49% market share) [5]
