    You are technically correct, with emphasis on 'lesser'. Norway and Sweden use about 1% fossil fuel for the grid, which I see that as insignificant.

    (Nuclear: kärnkraft; Vattenkraft: hydro; Vindkraft: wind; Kraftvärme: biofuels, the 1% is somewhere in this category, but it's getting phased out)

    While that part of Europe is doing well, many Eu countries certainly have a lot of catching up to do:

    I'm very comfortable with the idea up more nuclear, but hopefully something new comes up to replace them all. But at least from a Scandinavian perspective (yeah I know, smaller populations), studies have shown the grid can keep up with electrification of cars - total adoption in Swe would use 13 TWhs extra, or slightly less than current windpower generation (which is rapidly growing):

    But yes, I'm not kidding myself, there are certainly challenges ahead. I'm just trying to be optimistic, both in terms of having a bit cleaner air and an increased demand for LYC products. I can't wait for Q1, which I think will be quite strong (far from full potential, but an inkling of it).
