EV of discovery just

I am wondering, if this is really such a massive discovery. Who would sell here?

CVN has 987 million shares OS, giving it a marketcap of about 175 million AUS$

CVN has

Cash and recievables: 85 milllion
Thai producing assets: 70 million (fair value based on sales transaction of half their interest)
Other AUS permits and royalty rights: 15 million (beeing very conservative here)

Total, excluding Phönix/Roc: 170 million

So where is the Enterprise value for this Discovery.
What am i missing???
