Firstly - awesome news.

EyesWO, I agree the Thai assets have very little value ascribed to them in CVN's sp. Given the significant ups and downs of that field over the last 14 years, the market only cares about what's coming out of the ground.

IMO, today's sp has no (or little) value for ROC in it. Which according to some old CVN market updates is a better prospect than this one.....So given this is free carried, why the hell would anyone sell this baby just yet. Although if you bought at the low end, you have just made yourself a tidy profit.

Now the realism.......before this is commercialised, there are development wells and infrastructure to pay for. Which will most likely come from debt or another capital raising (unless Thailand ramps up significantly).

Based on the news to hand though, an in-situ valuation would sit at near the $500M mark, bring on the road shows........
