That is a good starting point. The upside comes from better recovery rates, the increased value of the surrounding acreage, the deeper zones and my perception that Apache is probably conservative on the OIP numbers.
I had a small holding in this prior to the TH. I bought a lot more on opening and will add further on pending newsflow over the next few weeks.
