A ''few roofs damaged'' was a comment relating to cyclone strength, not building standards.
Like Yasi the only real damage Helene did in FNQ was to those "tin shacks" that were not built to cyclone standards.
A Cat 4 in Cairns would loosen a few roofs , nothing more.
