that’s what it’s worth to market at present and is looking to go a lot further down imo
anything that’s delayed by any company gets punished, especially if you have lost your reputation for missing numerous deadlines and targets
imo scoping study numbers aren’t aligning to market expectations and getting it looked over again hence the delay
