I think the tech is good enough for a lot of people. For someone that lives in the city and needs a second car, I think it would be a no-brainer for the second car to be an EV.

I'm not in that situation, but a few million Aussies are.

The tech is moving faster than I thought it would, and I reckon you'll be changing your mind in 2-3 years, not 10-15.

There are already three car models in china that have 1000km range with the new battery tech.

If that sort of stuff comes here and the price is right, I'll be switching for sure.
