Is does seem worded quite speculatively "according to a report".. "could shift" and BTW biofuels has its problems at the moment IMO

BTW if we get to the point of all these cars carting huge battery storage that could solve a lot of the storage issues for Solar etc making these power sources a lot more viable
i.e send excess power to these batteries and draw from them during network peaks (where the price of power would spike)
