    After reading so many posts that are worth less than Hanlong's offer, it is refreshing to read a post that has nailed it.

    SDL is a long term propsition,and it needs to be valued as a long term propsition, and not subject to market fluctuations which suit a discredited bidder. Long term shareholders should not succumb to the bullying of a perceived monopsony.
