COB is still in concept stage hence trial plant to prove its cobalt refining method works.
It will take another year to de risk this side of the COB story.
Until then we wait with baited breath, and hope that the design and technology that is being developed will:
1) Work
2) Stay within the expected Capital costs to execute the mine and refining plant
3) Sulphur and other waste streams concepts actually work and deliver the $$ forecasted to feed back into the company runnings.
