    I know two people who have bought EV's.

    They continually go overboard all the time, extolling the virtues and economic benefits of EV ownership to me ad naseum.

    Why is that? Is spreading of EV propaganda a condition of purchase?

    I just have to mention re-sale values and they go quiet!
