Uh, what? The world *IS* selling to China at these prices. China has 70%of the worlds lithium refining capability, they are the ones who have the greatest lithium demand. Which country do you think is going to step in and say "hey I'll buy all that lithium that we don't have capacity to process at twice the price".
There's something that doesn't make sense alright, but it's not Joe Lowry's assessment.
