Thank you for the clarification. A gold plant has many circuits to commission and they are like links in a chain, one fails and you can't start the process.
I thought Borrks had inside info in a major design fault that was going to prevent startup and collapse the share price.
Again, thank you for the heads up T, I had made up my mind to dump 4/3 of my BLK stock this week before your post came up.
