A mate hade the E38, whoich would have been similar to yours (think they had some stripes & a some sort of extra/ better handling pack).
FYI - there wasn't much in it, the 3 speed being the let down.
The E49 (from memory was the glory car) had triple webers & north of 300 Hp plus a 4 speed, was I think the fastest car (unofficially) tested by wheels (the GTHO taking all the accolades).
was lucky to be with a group that didn't really care holden/ ford/ valiant.....just modify it & prove it & you were in...didn't mean we didn't give each other crap...that was half the fun.
