There has been a lot of activity in this space recently and a range of new products are starting to appear on the market. As these products emerge, it’s important that they undergo rigorous testing so that they can be evaluated both in terms of effectiveness and safety. Together with researchers from the two universities, LSI will be testing a total of eight new products from three different companies in coming months. Once the study is complete, the results will be published with the aim of helping lake managers to make informed decisions as they consider restoration options”.
