    Sydney - Wednesday - December 27: (RWE Aust Business News) -
    Evans & Tate's (ASX:ETW) board has met to discuss the offer from Yarraman
    Winery, announced last Friday.
    It has neither approved nor dismissed the offer at this stage
    but the trading in its securities is to resume today when the market
    opens.
    Evans & Tate shares last traded at 23c.
