Evans Shoal assessment has moved to the 'offer' stage - see link below. I rang NOPTA yesterday who confirmed that 'offer' means that an offer has been made to the JV partners with either the standard or "other" conditions. MEO was asked a second time by NOPTA for more info regarding the TS commercial proposal when evaluating the extension of ES/offer to ES JV partners.... If MEO has a cashed up partner ready to stump up the coin to build TS and the ES partners have no other viable option to put forward, one of the 'offer' conditions may well be ES partners if you want to retain ES than you have to play ball with MEO (and partner)!! ES partners have a major win - no development costs and just on selling gas. Santos will then fall in line re Barossa recently re-confirmed 16%% CO2.
