Appears CFE bought 19.6% off market (probably new shares direct from GFE) ... or, ( more likely ) TS and say,1-2 large S/H's sold to CFE for 16.9c - the other 80% (approx) are us poor bastards left with a lame duck, being plucked and cleaned out !
