    The did "initiate" a kind of dispute with PCL. PCL made a couple of announcement in this respect (read there).
    Why can two Australian companies (and "partners" in this project for all intent and purposes) not discuss with each other with involving or threatening legal action? How STUPID is that. Fits my perception of how this now no longer listed company operates...

    P.S. How can one disclose on a company that does no longer exist on the ASX: Obviously only "no position" and "none" can be expressed?!
