Its only de listed, its still a public company and has to inform shareholders properly in accordance with legislation. Its only the ASX rules they dont need to stress about, the ASIC still covers them. Directors respoonsiblities to shareholders has not legally changed.

I hold and am frustrated by the lack of news etc. I think it will be a lively AGM this year with plenty of questions.
