PCG mentioned in the West Australian today (I think the author has shares in the company). PCG confirms that CAPE have approached them with a view of an offer. PCG say that they have had other interest in the company but as they were not selling the company the interested parties have not made an offer..
They say that if and when CAPE put an offer on the table it will not be a one horse race (They will be approaching these interested parties to discuss counter offers.)
This is good news all round and can only assist the share price and the shareholders in obtaining a fair price for the company.
