Has been sitting steadily around the $1.05 range for a while now. Looks very promising.
I'm sure CAPE would like to have the deal done and dusted before September which brings the Annual report. And definitely before the final dividend so they can keep the $1.5 mill in dividends instead of losing it to us shareholders...
Has been 2 weeks now.. One day closer to an announcement...
