Thunder, do some research on Khan and Co and then you may have a different opinion. Start by looking at the share prices, quarterly cashflows, (10 yrs should do) of both QUE and OEQ. Then feel free to look at BEL - which will then tell you why ASIC is now involved. They would have been watching and waiting !!!
As for a capital return - buckleys ! Re-read the research you did above to get your answer.
