They can oppose it because it will stop the busloads of people going from poling station to poling station. And some people dont want that. You talk to any senior voting official and they will tell you. There are actual busloads of voters doing this. They are trying to stop this. At the moment , there is nothing to stop you from going to one voting site. Getting your name ticked off. Voting . And then goimg to another voting station and doing the same. And you can do this 50 times if you are that way inclined. Its an absolute sham.
