To clarify;

ICP hold 52% of Neotech (Korean ATM Manufacturer) with a strategic alliance with LG N-Sys (LG holds 16%).

ICP has agreed to acquire 50% of Sonic (which owns 80% of Pulse).......CUS coincedently utilise the Pulse "Switch" for a % of their transactions .....thanks for the contributions !!!!

ICP are consolidating their ATM network within Australia.....without the burden of massive debt.

They may be in the embryionic stage ... but the vertical integrated business model bodes well for the future of the business.

I have no axe to grind with CUS and neither of us have anything to crow about with regards to the current s/p performance.
