NDO is not even fairly priced now, even without the prospect of a merger and the company are having discussions, secret discussions an/ or a WL development that could could add a 3000 bopd production to 7000bopd production.
Why wouldnt you want to but???
Have read a few posts on OEL page, they should be so lucky! There share price has gone nowhere for 8 years.
Its a no brainer with the efficiencies the two company would get, too many people thinking like drillers and not business people in my opinion!
