Typically in this situation the company will make a quick succession of announcements to drive up the share price so that those lucky enough to partake in the issue can collect profit immediately.
A couple of announcemnts pre-issue to make it look attractive to these investors.
Then quite a few just prior to the physical issue.
Sit tight , can't see it below $0.22 for too long.
