re: 2 instos dump entire tls holdings while tls is rated ie within major index instos have no choice BUT to hold . It makes up a % of portfolio, no BUTS about it, and each insto has to hold a % depending on size
be craeful of facts

happy to be wrong as tls has been a dog for yonks, BUT didnt think it worth selling,
a) better plays
b) those % have to be kept
