Landowners - I have a question.

The Ranau grant covers over 2,000 square kilometers and surely that is not one landowner across the entire grant?

QPN have said that they plan to drill 3 holes, are all three on land belonging to the same Landholder?

If one Landowner is holding out for more money surely there is another one somewhere in that 2,000 square kilometers who is willing to sign a deal. If so then the precedent may be set for the other Landowners.

So I think it's probably best to come to a deal with all the Landowners before we drill anywhere because if we only sign with one and strike Oil or Gas on their land then the neighbouring landowner may hold out for even more.
