What an odd line of reasoning. Are you implying that because this is so, it must be to Julia's credit? If pushed, I would say it is because of a couple of hundred years of better governance than Greece's and that a saner electorate made some reasonable choices over that time.
There is no luck involved and no kudos due to this particular PM. Let's discuss if she is pushing similar policies to those which failed Greece, shall we?
